Xtian Dela and Shakilla Ordered to Appear in Court For Defaming Victor Wanyama

Popular blogger Xtian Dela and teen socialite Shakilla have been asked to appear in court on 10th November 2020 after they were sued by footballer Victor Wanyama.

Both Xtian and Shakilla are facing backlash after they jointly did a live streaming controversial session on Instagram where Harambee Stars captain was mentioned.

In a recent copy of the civil suit which is making rounds on social media, Victor Wanyama has been identified as the plaintiff and both Shakilla and Xtian deal as the first and second correspondents respectively.

The case has been mentioned at the High Court of Kenya in Milimani.

According to the suit, the application was made on 6th October 2020, and a hearing fixed for 10th November 2020.

Both Xtian and Shakilla should purpose to make an appearance or sent an appointed advocate in case they are absent.

The letter comes days after Shakilla went on live recording claiming that she slept with former Tottenham midfielder Wanyama and other Kenyan celebrities.

She added that in the process Wanyama paid her Kshs 700,000 just to sleep with her. This allegation made netizens go wild on social media and so is the alleged persons of interest Victor Wanyama.
