Popular Kenyan TV series Auntie Boss has come to an end after airing for 8 years.
This news was confirmed by Moonbeam Productions which is the company behind the production of the comical show.
The show which aired on NTV station every Tuesday will be broadcasting its last episode on September 16 and has showcased 22 seasons on the station since its debut.
“It’s a wrap on Auntie Boss🎬They were 8 wonderful years, 22 seasons and hundreds episodes. We are grateful to all of you for tuning in to watch Auntie Boss every week on NTV.” Moonbeam Productions wrote
The production team also thanked their supporters and viewers for following through the program.
“Thank you for supporting this show right through till the end, we love and appreciate all of you” they wrote
Their text was accompanied with a behind the scene video capturing moments of the crew. The series went off air in April due to the COVID-19 impact before resuming on Wednesday, June 24th.
Some of the actors and actresses who graced our screens through this series include Eve DSouza, Sandra Dacha, Nyce Wanjeri, Maqbul Mohammed among others.
