Citizen TV anchor and Hot 96 presenter Willis Raburu resumed work on Monday, February 3, after being away from the Maalim Juma Road based media house for about a month.
Taking to Instagram, the hyper media personality announced that he was back and ready to pick from where he had left.
Raburu also thanked his employer, Royal Media Services (RMS) and fans for the support that they gave him during the difficult time.
“Wagwan my people, niko ndani. It is Monday and what a beautiful way to kick off February. It’s great to be back in the game Citizen TV Kenya, thank you for all your love and support. I truly appreciate it.
“I thank all of you guys who have been sending your messages, I thank you. May God bless you but for now we are back to work,” he stated.
On Friday, January 3, Raburu announced that he was taking a break from his duties after he and his wife – Mary Ngami – lost their unborn child after she developed complications that resulted into a stillbirth.
The Moi University alumnus announced that they were eagerly waiting for the baby’s arrival, adding that they were completely devastated.
