One of Tanzania’s leading clubs, Young Africans (Yanga) has set their eyes on talented Kenyan striker Jesse Were. According to reports doing rounds in various sections of the Tanzania media, Yanga are ready to splash Ksh 12 million for the Kenyan player. The reports further claim that former Zesco United coach Lwandamina is eyeing the lethal striker, making him his number one target at his new club in Tanzania.
Lwandamina is said to have Identified Were as the player to lead the line in Yanga’s Champions League adventure in 2017.However,Were’s move may present quite a challenge since Zesco United hierarchy would rather sell the Kenyan player to any other club other than Yanga.
