As a writer ,blogger or anyone who works online, nothing is as enticing as high speed wi-fi which is also free. With what is currently going on in Kigali, Rwanda I might as well consider relocating to the cleanest city in Africa and enjoy what their government has to offer as far as developments is concerned.
While the Kenyan government is still grappling over the Ksh 5 billion Afya Center scandal, the Rwandese government is busy empowering lives with real revolution in governance and leadership. Unlike in Kenya where thousands of us deal with the burden of high internet costs, residents of Kigali, Rwanda are enjoying free high speed wi-fi, thanks to their government.
A random Kenyan recently made a trip to Rwanda and he couldn’t help but wish he could live there forever because of the country’s development. Taking to social media, Andrew Mwenda explained how he just stopped to watch a documentary on YouTube and even downloaded it in seconds for free.
‘’I am walking in Kigali’s car free zone and using free high speed wi-fi provided by the city. I have stopped to watch a documentary on YouTube and it downloads in seconds. Africa come to Rwanda and witness a real revolution in governance and leadership.’’he posted.
