K’Ogalo midfielder Francis Kahata came through with Stars’ lone goal in the second half for the Star’s second consecutive second win following the win over Ghana in the qualifiers.

Team Manager Sebastien Migne’s took the match as a build up the upcoming 2019 Afcon qualifier fixture against landlocked neighbors Ethiopia.

French man Migne made two changes in the squad that beat Ghana 1-0 on Saturday, replacing injured Gor Mahia’s right full back Philemon Otieno with Jockins Atudo of Posta Rangers.

The win is a great morale booster for the Stars as they aim to get relevance om continental football.
