“I feel like relationships are a job”-TV girl Joey Muthengi reveals

Relationships are never easy. One has to be patient and ready to endure a lot from their partner so as to stay at peace and keep the love strong. Today, relationships are tougher than ever because the world has changed and there are many things that couples have to do for their relationship to work. Many people, especially those who have busy schedules, find this hard to cope with and prefer staying single instead. Sultry TV presenter Joey Muthengi is one of them.

Today, people spend most of their time looking for ways to make extra cash. Many women have become experts in acquiring new ways of making their own cash apart from a few who still think they can make quick money by following ‘sponsors’ around. Joey Muthengi has been in the entertainment scene for a long time and she is among the top media personalities we have in the country.

Judging from her good looks, one would easily think that she is a relationship person. However, the sultry TV girl has come out to reveal that she has no time for relationships and that she’d rather use that time to make money instead. Speaking during a radio interview she said,

“I like myself. I like spending time with myself. I don’t have time to take care of people. I feel like relationships are a job. It’s like work. It’s like you’re putting too much effort and when I put in that much effort, I usually get paid cash or cheques sometimes. I’m happier when I’m like this. I can do my own thing like go home. I don’t have anyone asking me how my day was and I’m like arrgghh, It doesn’t matter. Conversations need points. Why are you asking good morning? Good morning for what? I don’t have time for all that. My ideal relationship is when I see you once a week. I see you on Thursday, you can text me on Tuesday and I’ll be like “Cool, I’ll see you on Thursday’ and that’s it. Weekends I hang out with my people, weekdays I grind.”
