Humphrey Mieno Scores For Kenya During The Hull City SportPesa All Star Game

Our boys from the SportPesa All Stars team handpicked from the SportPesa Premier League clubs flew to England ahead of their friendly with Hull City.

Kenyans eagerly watched as the boys battled it out with the Tigers at the KCOM Stadium yesterday night. The game which kept everyone on toes had the Hull City team on 1-0 lead before the first half scored by 16 year old Elliot Holmes.

Kenya had a couple of good chances to score with Wanga and Makwata showing off their prowess on the field and dominating most part of the Kenyan side team. Defender Haron Shakava from the SportPesa All Star team unfortunately gave Hull another goal after. Kenyas Mieno gave a great hit getting the All Stars back in the game making history as the first Kenyan ever to score in an English Premier League team ground.

The game ended with a win for the Hull City team but we got to commend our boys for trying, they did a good job.
