Sentrim Group Of Hotels is disposing its entire resort portfolio. The prime properties flung across the country have been put for sale on the papers with real estate management firm Knight Frank overseeing the transaction.
Deputy President William Ruto has been linked to the hotels for the longest time and it is now emerging that the owner of the company behind the accommodation behemoth isn’t the 2022 presidential hopeful but an Indian Jac Patel is.
In a newspaper post Knight Frank are selling the portfolio as a whole or on individual basis.
William Ruto had been said to have bought 680 at 3 billion shillings and had already paid up 2 billion.
Speaking in an interview Fiery Orie Rogo Manduli questioned how on a paltry 1.2 million bob salary he had managed to buy the hotel and Boulevard hotel on Harry Thuku road.
